Also titled Terms of Service · Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Bridge AI OS / EHSA · Public page for PayPal Log in with PayPal consent

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of Bridge AI OS and related EHSA digital surfaces (the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in (including with Log in with PayPal), or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Log in with PayPal

If you use Log in with PayPal, you authorise PayPal to share with Bridge AI OS / EHSA the consented profile data described in our Privacy Policy, including name, email, address, account verification indicators, and PayPal payer ID. That login does not by itself unlock payouts, withdrawals, treasury transfers, or any financial disbursement feature. Separate product controls and operator locks may keep payout rails disabled even after a successful PayPal sign-in.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

4. Subscriptions and payments

Where you purchase a plan or product, you agree to pay the stated fees through the checkout method offered (which may include PayPal). Prices and plan features are as shown at purchase time. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable for partial periods. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in suspension.

Customer payment capture and operator payout rails are distinct. Completing checkout or connecting PayPal login does not guarantee that payout or treasury features are enabled.

5. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Services. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

6. Third-party services

Integrations (including PayPal) are subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes, but we will use reasonable efforts to keep critical integrations working.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practical. Material changes to this Agreement will be posted at this URL with an updated date.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for decisions you make using the Services.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGE AI OS / EHSA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZAR 1,000 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Bridge AI OS / EHSA against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in South Africa may hear disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
